Motor Home-Rental Conditions and Policies- A $1,001 deposit is required to confirm reservation, which becomes the Security Deposit.
- 100 miles per day are included and additional miles are billed at $.25/mile if pre-paid, if not pre-paid then billed at $.50/mile.
- 8 FREE generator hours per day included and additional generator hours billed at $2.00/hour
- 10% Rental Tax
- No warranties are made concerning Fuel Mileage. Gasoline and Propane refueling during the trip is at customer's expense.
- CLEANING CHARGES ONLY APPLY SHOULD YOU BRING UNIT BACK UNCLEAN: $100 inside, $100 outside.
- If you prefer NOT to clean the RV, you may prepay your cleaning fee for $175. This includes the inside, outside and dumping the holding tanks. Then you don’t have to worry with it.
- To avoid $85.00 dumping fee, holding tanks must be emptied and rinsed prior to check in, leave cap and valves open.
- Reservation deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days prior to departure. Approval on Visa/MasterCard for deposits.
- 15-20 days prior to departure refund of 50% the deposit or rental whichever is less. Approval on Visa/MasterCard for deposits.
- 8-14 days prior to departure refund of 30% the deposit or rental whichever is less. Approval on Visa/MasterCard for deposits.
Prepayment of estimated Rental charges plus a refundable Security Deposit is due prior to departure. Security Deposit: $1,001 approval on Visa/Master card preferred.
Noon to noon is considered one rental day; Late returns start at $25/hr. No refund for Early Returns (Unused Prepaid Mileage will be refunded). NO SUNDAY RETURNS. Motor homes are not allowed on "logging roads" and other non-public roads. Lessee is responsible for all damage to unit during rental term, including tires and damage caused by driving on a flat tire. Lessee is responsible for any damage due to inadequate clearance (overhead, under carriage and sides).
MOTOR HOMES ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO MEXICO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
NO TOWING ALLOWED WITH MOTORHOMES, TAMPERING WITH HITCH LOCKOUT MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT.AWNING USE IS ALLOWED, ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM USE WILL CAUSE LOSS OF $1,001 SECURITY DEPOSIT. LESSEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AWNING DAMAGE.
NO SITTING, STANDING, WALKING OR STORAGE ON ROOF. NO EXCEPTIONS!PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS! FORFEITURE OF ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL RESULT FOR VIOLATING THIS POLICY
PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH DRIVER (NO DRIVERS UNDER 25).
Payment must be made in cash, check or major credit card. Visa or Master Card is preferred.RENTAL CONDITIONS (subject to terms & conditions of rental agreement).Special events, holidays, etc. maybe at a higher rate then published, and may require a longer rental term.Lessor has the right to refuse a rental and/or cancel a rental if necessary.RATES AND RENTAL CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
