Travel Trailer & Pop-UP-Rental Conditions and Policies
- A $501 deposit is required to confirm a Reservation, which becomes the Security Deposit upon Departure. Additionally, all rental charges are paid in full upon departure.
- 10% Rental Tax
- No cleaning fees apply if you bring unit back as clean as you received it. If we feel it is unsatisfactory, than we charge $100 inside, $100 outside.
- If you prefer NOT to clean the RV, you may prepay your cleaning fee for $175. This includes cleaning the inside, outside and dumping the holding tanks. Then you don’t have to worry with it.
- To avoid $85.00 dumping fee, holding tank must be emptied and rinsed prior to check in, leave cap and valves open.
- Reservation deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days prior to departure. Approval on Visa/MasterCard or checks only for deposits.
- 15-20 days prior to departure refund of 50% the deposit or rental whichever is less. Approval on Visa/MasterCard or checks only for deposits.
- 8-14 days prior to departure refund of 30% the deposit or rental whichever is less. Approval on Visa/MasterCard or checks only for deposits.
Prepayment of estimated Rental charges plus a refundable Security Deposit is due prior to departure. Security Deposit: $501 approval on major credit card.
Travel trailers and Pop-Ups are not allowed on "logging roads" and other non-public roads. Lessee is responsible for any damage due to inadequate clearance (overhead, under carriage and sides).
TRAVEL TRAILERS AND POP-UPS ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO MEXICO
Lessee is responsible for all damage to unit during rental term including flat tire damage, and damage caused by towing.Lessee is responsible for any toll violations, parking tickets etc. during rental term.
Noon to noon is considered one rental day; late returns start at $25/hr. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS.NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED. FORFEITURE OF ENTIRE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL RESULT.
NO SITTING, STANDING, WALKING OR STORAGE ON ROOF.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
NO SUNDAY RETURNS.
Proof of Liability Insurance is required for each driver. (NO DRIVERS UNDER 25).
Payment must be made in Cash, Certified Funds, Traveler's Checks, or Major Credit Card, Visa or Master card is preferred.A generator is available for an additional fee.
